Create Your Way Through Life's Endings, In-Betweens, and New Beginnings

Book packshot photography depicting the cover of 'The Rites of Becoming' workbook by Lori Reeves, featuring abstract, painterly artwork of yellow and soft pink tones. The design has a calming, therapeutic aesthetic appropriate for a self-help workbook.

A ten-phase guided workbook for life’s transitions. Through ritual, creative expression, and writing, find your footing in what’s ending, trust the in-between, and step into what’s next.

Transitions as Sacred Rites

Through creativity, outward expression, and the imagination, we discover the language of the soul. Life’s transitions are sacred rites, and the creative process offers a way to live them fully, with presence, openness, and care. Here we honor endings, navigate the in-betweens, and celebrate new beginnings with grace. Everyone is welcome, with or without art experience, and all that is asked is a willingness to listen inward.
